She is on the board of a non-profit that works to fund education for nurses working on bone marrow transplant units. She has worked with PS 188 for four years.
Erica Hill is the mother of two daughters who attend (or have attended) New York City public schools. She is a documentary filmmaker, who also has experience in the not-for-profit sector. Erica personally worked with PS 188 for three years before the start of the Sled.
Mother to two public schooled children and prior donor to PS 188, Rana is a writer, and the founding director of a developmental theater, having spent a decade producing large scale corporate, private, and theatrical events. She is a Development Trustee of a non-profit expanding opportunities in housing, health, and human rights.
Katy Stokes is a mother of two NYC public school graduates. She served as an elected parent leader for 13 years in NYC public schools, and also was elected to the District 1 Community Education Council. Katy is a retired lawyer who serves on several not-for-profit Boards of Directors and has worked with PS 188 for four years.
The mother of two public-school educated children and former adjunct assistant professor at Columbia, Katie has held positions as PTA president, Treasurer and Fundraiser at three different public schools. She served on a Joint Task Force for Gifted and Talented Education chaired by Borough Presidents Diaz and Adams.
