The Sled is proud to team up with XTRA. as we fulfill thousands of specifically requested holiday gift wishes of housing-insecure NYC public school children!
All year, The Sled drives to deliver the urgent, requested needs of NYC public school children and their families who are identified to us by public school and social welfare professionals. Nearly 90% of the students we assist are homeless or temporarily housed, living in shelters, or doubled or tripled up with other extended family in temporary housing. Help us sprinkle some sweetness this holiday with wish-making magic and help push the Sled through this and future seasons of care and support!
